No fees? That’s right, we don’t charge our partners any fees. We make our markup with slightly higher rents proportionate to the property.

Guaranteed Rent? We guarantee to pay you the agreed rental amount each month. No voids, just rent paid each and every month regardless of season or demand.

Bills? Gas, electric, water, council tax, all taken care of! We just pay you your rent and take care of the day to day hassles.

Refurbishment? Your property is our property so we will make sure its kept in good condition. Just like a high street shop, your property is our shopfront so its in our interest to keep it clean and decorated well. We can help with light cosmetic upgrades to our managed properties where necessary, and can manage larger upgrades for you.
